A message dated May 24, 2000, was received stating the Governor has            
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 380(FIN)                                  
"An Act relating to contributions to the Alaska Fire Standards                
Council and to an insurer tax credit for those contributions; and
